Welcome to InnovaFranchising.com. This Website Terms of Service and Franchisee Portal Terms of Use (“Agreement”) governs your use of our website located at https://www.innovafranchising.com (the “Website”) and, where applicable, our private franchisee support portal (the “Portal”).

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

 

1. Introduction

This Website is operated by Innova Franchising, LLC, a Texas limited liability company with its principal place of business at:

These Terms apply to all visitors of our Website and active franchisees who access our Portal.

 

2. Definitions

Franchisee: An individual or entity who has entered into a franchise agreement with Innova Franchising, LLC.

Portal: The password-protected support portal available exclusively to active franchisees.

Content: All text, images, graphics, documents, tools, and resources provided on the Website or within the Portal.

User: Any individual accessing or using this Website, including Franchisees.

 

3. Website Use (Public Access)

Visitors may browse publicly available information on the Website. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or redistribute Website content without written permission.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Website.
  • Use the Website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

No account creation is permitted for general users.

 

4. Franchisee Portal Terms of Use

Access to the Portal is provided exclusively to active Franchisees who have signed a valid Franchise Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Innova.

By logging into the Portal, you agree to the following:

  • Portal content is confidential and proprietary, intended solely for your use in operating your franchised business.
  • You may not share, copy, distribute, or otherwise make public any materials found in the Portal.
  • Your access may be suspended or revoked if you violate your Franchise Agreement or NDA, or if your franchise relationship ends.
  • The Portal may include onboarding resources, training materials, operational guidance, and support tools.

5. Third-party integrations

A. Authorization and Scope: The Portal provides functionality to integrate with QuickBooks Online (“Third-Party Service”) provided by Intuit Inc. By clicking the “Connect to QuickBooks” button and completing the OAuth authorization process, you grant Innova Franchising (“Company”) an express, non-exclusive license to access, retrieve, and sync data from your QuickBooks Online account. This data may include, but is not limited to:

  • Sales receipts and invoices;

  • Expense records and accounts payable;

  • Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets;

  • Customer and vendor contact information.

B. Purpose of Data Use: We access this information solely to:

1. Automate the calculation of royalty fees and marketing fund contributions as required by your Franchise Agreement;Provide you with centralized business performance dashboards within the Portal;

2. Streamline financial reporting requirements between the Franchisee and Franchisor. Innova Franchising will not sell, rent, or share your QuickBooks financial data with any third-party marketers or unauthorized entities.

C. Data Security: We do not see or store your QuickBooks Online login credentials. Connections are established via Intuit’s secure OAuth 2.0 protocol. All data transmitted between the Portal and QuickBooks Online is protected using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. Access tokens are stored in a highly secure, encrypted environment.

D. Your Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for maintaining your QuickBooks Online subscription in good standing. You agree that your use of the Third-Party Service is governed by Intuit’s Terms of Service and Intuit’s Global Privacy Statement. Innova Franchising is not liable for any service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or data loss originating within the Intuit platform.

E. Disconnection and Revocation: You may disconnect this integration at any time by:

1. Navigating to the “Settings” or “Integrations” section within the Portal and clicking “Disconnect QuickBooks”; or

2. Revoking access directly within your Intuit App Center settings. Upon disconnection, the Company will cease all future data synchronization. Any data previously retrieved will be retained only as required by the record-keeping provisions of your Franchise Agreement or applicable law.

F. Modification: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this integration at any time due to technical changes by Intuit Inc. or internal Portal updates.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the Website and Portal is owned by or licensed to Innova Franchising, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Franchisees are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use proprietary materials as outlined in their Franchise Agreement.

 

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. When you submit forms through our Website, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and location. This data is stored in our secure CRM system, Outseta.

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
  • We may use your information to respond to inquiries, send updates, and improve our services.
  • You may request access to or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

Service-Driven Data Sharing: We may share data with third-party service providers (such as QuickBooks) only when you explicitly choose to link your Portal account to those services. This data is shared solely to provide the integrated functionality you have requested and is not sold or used for independent marketing purposes by those third parties.

  • We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any content.
  • Franchise outcomes are influenced by many factors. Success is not guaranteed based on Website or Portal materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innova Franchising, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the Website or Portal

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any part of the Website at our discretion.

Franchisee access to the Portal is governed by the terms of their Franchise Agreement and may be revoked if the agreement is terminated or breached.

 

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be governed by Texas law and subject to mediation as the first step toward resolution. Mediation shall take place in Bexar County, Texas.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Franchisees may also be notified via the Portal.

Your continued use of the Website or Portal following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
